Cytat:We have to respond to this post, because we do not want distrust to arise toward our company among those who read it.

That is why we want to clarify:
The reality is that we do not scam anyone, and we do not deliberately create problems for anyone. On the contrary: on our side we do everything we can so that our customers receive our products in the best possible quality and by the safest possible route. Our goal remains to have satisfied customers who come back.

Based on what was written in the post, it is not even clear to us whether the author is actually our customer, whether what they wrote is true about him package, or whether they simply want to damage our reputation. The situation had to be clarified, which is why we are responding to this post. Going forward, we would suggest the following:
If the author of the post, or any of our customers, has a problem from the moment the order is accepted through to delivery — that is, throughout the entire process — we ask them to contact us by email. If they are genuinely our customer and the complaint is justified, we will help where we can.
There is no point in making false statements on an open forum that portray our company in a bad light.
